To add to Hadiyah's comment: I urge entities to update their entity information to be available for public viewing. If they refuse (it's more often the municipalities that refuse), I have them download the entity information as a PDF and send it to me.

The library needs to have the SAM Search Authorization set to Yes or you can't see anything about that entity.

I have a library with a UEI ? but when I go to SAM.gov, they are not listed by name or UEI number (inactive, or active or just assigned). So my question is, do they actually have a valid UEI? Is the determination a listing in SAM.gov for your grant programs?
