Thank you for posting this, Catherine. I tried to read the red-lined
version yesterday but gave up. I was really looking for a Cliff Notes
version of the changes.

I think I like this article

Maryland, the most important takeaway for me is that the de minimus rate
may go up from 10% to 15%. Also, I have to assume this wouldn't go into
effect until FFY25?
