[lstac] Grant Review Guide Examples

Good morning!

I'm in the middle of overhauling the Alaska State Library's grant review process and I was wondering if any of you would be willing to share resources used to train review participants before unleashing them on the grant applications.  In the past, the Grants person participated on the committee, but starting this year I'll be organizing and training the participants but not scoring the grant applications, so I would appreciate any help so I can set the committee up for success.
