I'm seeking insight on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for state libraries.

Our library is investigating CRM systems, and we'd love to hear about any software solutions your library uses. We're particularly interested in user-friendly options, seamless integration with other library systems, customization capabilities, strong reporting features, and scalability.
