I would also be interested, if examples exist.

Right now, we rely on scout's honor that the libraries are in compliance. We are not in a place to enforce; nor do we want to be.

I am looking for some policy and procedure examples on the following:

  *   Procedures ensuring compliance with anti-discrimination laws, including processes for reviewing civil rights-related complaints
  *   Policy ensuring access for individuals with disabilities
If you would be willing to share what your state has for this, I would appreciate the examples.
