Good morning!

Here are the links to the opportunities we offer in CA.

24-25 LSTA Inspiration Grants - California State Library<https://www.library.ca.gov/grants/inspiration/> - The Inspiration Grants opportunity provides Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funding for California libraries that are inspired to implement projects outside of the State Library's other funding opportunities. Inspiration Grants provide funding for projects that may not fit within the bounds of the other grants offered by the State Library and/or for ideas that are generated outside of other funding opportunity application timeframes.

LSTA Community Impact Grants - California State Library<https://www.library.ca.gov/grants/library-services-technology-act/local-and-collaborative/> - Community Impact Grants (formerly Local and Collaborative grants) help California's libraries respond effectively to local needs and align services with local community aspirations; support experimentation and research and development in California's libraries; and provide training and support in grant writing and grant management for the California library community.

Sustainable California Libraries - California State Library<https://www.library.ca.gov/grants/sustainability/> - The Sustainable California Libraries grant program funds climate and sustainability related community-driven programming for adults and intergenerational groups. The initiative also fosters connections between California library workers supporting climate resilience in communities. The purpose of these grants is to fund services, programming, and educational opportunities focused on sustainability and climate resilience.

eBooks for All Collection Development Grants 2024-2025 - California State Library<https://www.library.ca.gov/grants/ebooks-for-all/> - The California State Library invites public libraries to apply for funding to build our shared statewide collection of eBooks and eAudiobooks, accessible to every library in the state. The collection, currently consisting of over 150,000 copies of over 90,000 titles, is designed to meet the recreational and informational reading needs of California's diverse communities. Many titles are licensed for simultaneous use. The collection is available to all public libraries to provide for free to readers of all ages. Libraries wishing to have access to this collection must be on the Palace App<https://thepalaceproject.org/>, an eReader aggregator that can browse and display materials from Overdrive, CloudLibrary, and other similar services.
Teens Succeed - California State Library<https://www.library.ca.gov/grants/teens-succeed/> - The Teens Succeed opportunity provides grant funding for teen internships, with a focus on developing teens' social emotional learning and workforce readiness skills. The purpose of this grant program is to address the challenges teens face in the aftereffects of the pandemic and to help prepare youth for success in life.

Play for All - California State Library<https://www.library.ca.gov/grants/play-for-all/> - The Play for All funding opportunity provides grants to help California libraries design and create welcoming family play spaces and offer meaningful programming around play for marginalized young children. The purpose of these grants is to support libraries in addressing the barriers and inequitable access to quality play spaces and play-based programming young children may experience in marginalized, under-resourced, and underserved communities.

Good morning!

Massachusetts is looking to revamp our grant program to subrecipients. I'd be interested in knowing how other states that do subgrants structure their program.
