[lstac] travel stipends

Howdy to all!

Just doing a little research here. How many of you do subgrants with stipends, more specifically travel stipends or scholarships?

If so, do you have a matrix to determine the amounts? What is your payment process? Please share.

We're trying to find an easier way to do this.
