[lstac] Position descriptions for entry-level SLA librarians

Hello colleagues,
We are exploring creating a position spec for an entry-level professional librarian. Being such a flat organization (we are a department of 18), we have paraprofessional staff and consultants, but nothing in between.  Would you be willing to share your position specs for entry-level professional librarians.  The way it works here is that we have a broad job spec with general responsibilities and then we add whatever sub-specialty (e.g. tech services, adult services, etc.) to that spec. If you have a similar setup, I'd appreciate seeing your PDs.
