[lstac] Policies and procedures

Hello, all,
First, what a great meeting in Milwaukee. It was a pleasure to see everyone and also learn about all your latest and greatest programs and projects.
Second, we're in dire need of updated policies and procedures for grantees using federal funding, especially for capital projects. If you are willing to share, please either point me to a website or even attach a document you're currently using. We just redid our Risk Assessment and are looking for good Conflict of Interest, Procurement, Time & Effort Reporting, etc..  Basically, we're trying to ensure we have what's needed and in plain English. I know I had conversations about some of this with many of you - but I wasn't taking good notes.
Thanks in advance for any help you can send, even if it's only a 'check this out' with no promises.
