[lstac] Grants to States (allotments) Terms and Conditions

Last I heard three states received the termination letters yesterday.

Does anyone have a discretionary grant from IMLS?  We have a national leadership grant and they haven’t paid out our last request for funds that was approved on 3/20.  Wondering if anyone else is having problems.
