[lstac] Downloading SPR

Go into your SPR, (https://imls-spr.imls.gov/Login), select 'List projects', the year, and then "Print all projects'.
I then do a Copy and Paste -Control A and Control C , then a new document and Control V and save to my file.
I do this every year when the SPR has been approved.
