So, is the LSTA G2S Manual no longer on the IMLS website? I'm not finding it.

I'm looking for guidance on transferring assets purchased with LSTA funds. I know it is in the CFR, but I want to say there is something about adhering to our 5-year plan and the IMLS purposes priorities that needs to be followed.
