They moved it on the website. Here is the new link: https://www.imls.gov/find-funding/funding-opportunities/grants-to-states/grants-to-states-manual. I hope this helps!

So, is the LSTA G2S Manual no longer on the IMLS website? I’m not finding it.

I’m looking for guidance on transferring assets purchased with LSTA funds. I know it is in the CFR, but I want to say there is something about adhering to our 5-year plan and the IMLS purposes priorities that needs to be followed.
