[lstac] Keeping track of State and Federal changes

I was thinking of just for this list serv, and maybe our extended library colleagues?
I’m finding it hard to keep track of everything. Maybe a state-of-the-state libraries is what I want. And my mind just goes to visuals, maybe because there were great comic book versions of classic novels when I was young.
