[lstac] today’s meeting

For me the big takeaway is that the Grants to States terminations seem to
be done, which is good for all states that aren't CA, CT & WA.

There is still confusion about Laura Bush Grants-- some have received
Letters of Termination, others have not.

Meanwhile, several states have received the drawdown funds requested last
week including MD. Many states are preparing further drawdowns to make sure
we get the grant funds. Also, several states had asked for and received
advance funds from FFY25 but no states have received an award letter for
FFY25, except for the states that rec'd advance funds including Missouri,
Georgia, and NY.

Also, we bid a fond farewell to Debbie Hall in Arkansas as she retires
later this month.

And the court proceedings begin tomorrow! I sent out the link earlier.
