[lstac] IMLS hearing

Thanks all,

I knew about the lawsuit and commend the 21 states that took it up (Ohio did not ☹).

When I mentioned lack of context that was relative to not knowing which court was hearing the case, who the judge was, who was arguing on behalf of the states, and when a decision might be rendered. Also, I had no idea the case was being heard today!!!???

In any event, I understand not being able to watch. Parts of it were hard.

Bunch of us in RI are watching (not in person!), but I couldn't bear it. I figured someone will fill me in on the result.

I don’t have much context beyond I think it’s Rhode Island and it involves IMLS.
