[lstac] IMLS request for information

I just received a response from Teri that she is looking into the request timeframe and will be getting back to everyone who sent her an inquiry.

Has anyone's chief officer/state librarian written a draft response yet? My chief officer's draft is very succinct, though it still has to be approved by our department of education.

You don't often get email from mcwainwright at utah.gov. Learn why this is important<https://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification>
Hi from UT, new Grants Coordinator here... We have an email out to Teri about the reporting period. I noticed that all the orders refer to 11/4/2024 so I am assuming it will be around that time frame. We just got out of a meeting on this and feel like we're in good shape here, but also plan to meet with our attorney to verify. I'll reply when we have more information on the reporting period... We discussed that it would be good if we were all on the same page with that, and did exactly that.
Kind regards,
Melanie

Ok, this is probably a dumb question, but are we doing this just for the current federal award (2024) or are we doing this for current and past Grants to States awards?

Yours in confusion,

Kate

Hi,

I asked Teri if the request for information (below) response should be in the body of the email or an attachment, and she replied that either is acceptable.

Just sharing info,
