[lstac] Another Site Visit question

Our site visit is next week - for non-financial questions, I did since the last site visit. For financial questions, I did the last completed fiscal year. That made sense to me. Hopefully that is correct.

We're preparing everything for our virtual site visit in September, and and we're wondering what time period do we use?  Is it anything since the last site visit (2021)?  Or do we use a past fiscal year or a current fiscal year?
