I was heartened last week to see the Senate Appropriations Committee included funding for IMLS in their version of the budget.

I also took Teri's email yesterday about the opportunity to support the Second Lady's Summer Reading Challenge as a positive sign for IMLS.

I know there's a long road ahead when it comes to the budget (and everything else), but I'm going to hang on to hope where I can.
