[lstac] Laura Bush Grant - reinstated

Hey all!

After months of waiting and lots of paperwork/appeals, our Laura Bush grant was reinstated.

I am cautiously hopeful that we will be able to move forward with the project.

I hope other state libraries were able to get their grants reinstated as well!
