[lstac] advanced drawdowns

I thought about this briefly as well. The department turns around drawdowns quickly and at this point in my fiscal year, I am waiting on grantees more than anything so it didn’t seem worth doing.

Hi Dena,

I had our CFO look into this for us a few weeks ago. IMLS says in their guidance that the funds requested must be used within 30 days.  We (Colorado) can only seek reimbursement based on expenditures.
