Hi all,

My bosses thought it best to reach out regarding the notice in eGMS since we are waiting to issue our competitive awards. Here is the response I got back from Madison:

We’ve been cleared to make the awards, so that is what you are seeing (since these are amendments, there’s no way to hide them from you). We can’t tell you that you can spend the funds until our accounting team fully allocates them. Once we they give us the go ahead, you’ll receive an official notification. That should be next week I think.
