Draftable is a program that lets you upload and compare documents side by side for changes and edits.

In this case I put the original request for a restraining order (filed on 04/04/25) on the left-hand side, and the amended one (filed on 06/12/25) on the right-hand side.

Again, not a lawyer, but from a quick skim it looks like the intent of the amended version is to also get relief for the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH).

I welcome additional interpretation from others. This was just a way for me to try and make sense of what I was looking at. 😊
