[lstac] NEED INFORMATION: Conference/travel funds

Hi all,

I swear I took notes on this a few weeks ago, but I can't seem to pin them
down at the moment. I believe we discussed the idea of subgrants for
non-state library staff conference travel at one of our meetings, and there
were a few states who presented how they handle it (both subgrant and
non-subgrant options). Would those states please share their processes or
information with me? My state librarian and I would really appreciate it.
