[lstac] Whistleblower protection -- example of verbiage?

Hi all--

I am getting ready to incorporate the whistleblower protections/assurances
into our Notice of Grant Award. Does anyone have an example of how they
have worded the assurance? This is to comply with the updated 2CFR 200...
