[lstac] [External] Re: IDC rate question

So as SLAAs we can claim 4% administration costs that could include indirect costs if it is part of an approved IDC plan and does not exceed 4% as we understand it.

Our old state IDC plan needs to be updated and Alex and I  were both wondering if anyone has a better IDC plan than ours.
