We use Homeland Language Services. They're on our statewide list with Language Link and Language Line, so they might be on NASPO, too. https://purchasing.nv.gov/Contracts/Documents/Translation_Interpretation/#Homeland%20Language%20Services(99SWC-NV22-11691)

Hi Dani,

The District of Columbia has a city-wide contract with LanguageLine Solutions - https://www.languageline.com - we use them for telephonic interpretation services and for testing bilingual staff for spoken language proficiency. We've been using them for many years and are pretty happy with the service and the customer service.

Best,

Sarah

Hello,
Does anyone use Language Link for their interpretive services to provide service to those with limited English language proficiency? If so, have you received an email that the NASPO Value Point contract is not being renewed? We just received one on Friday and are thus going to have to look for alternatives to offer interpretive services. Does anyone have suggestions?
Thanks for your help,
