[lstac] Some questions about your newly revised FY25 Assurances and Certifications documents

Thank you for the survey. Over the years, I have been adding bits and
pieces of Assurances that get "check-boxed" in the grant application. Now I
want to compile them all into one doc so that the rules are easy to read,
understand, and printable from one location. I am hesitant to put all of
the verbiage into a Signed NOGA because I think the NOGA would end up being
10-pages which is just too much in my opinion.

I am also interested in seeing how others have all of their Recipient
Assurances in one document.
