I meant to send this on Friday but forgot, so here it is today. I really appreciate the time folks took to share how they’re approaching and why. I also appreciated the variety of approaches people took regarding what to include and what to leave out (some of the responses were literally split 50/50!).

Like a lot of the work we’re doing, it’s nice to have a system that allows for some flexibility and local oversight.
