[lstac] [External] Re: LSTA subgrant for conference & travel?

Thanks so much everyone! I'm happy to hear that the funds are being used
this way, and to have your detailed examples. I put together a proposal for
using LSTA funds, including your examples, and it looks like we're going to
roll with setting this up. USL has a strong commitment to supporting Utah
tribes and we finally have the staff capacity to better support our
relationships.
