[lstac] Help with Indirect Certification

[Enge, Kate A (EED)]

Does anyone have an example of what they share with libraries to certify the federal negotiated indirect rate?  Or can you at least help me explain to a library what I need to keep on file?  (I am supposed to keep something on file, right?)
