[lstac] Evaluator spreadsheet

Good afternoon, (to most!)
With my much touted, just-in-time info recall, I think I remember that the former LSTA Coordinator in Wisconsin (Dan?) compiled a spreadsheet with information on what independent evaluators different states had used for the next-to-last 5-year evaluation, possibly including very valuable inside intel. Does anyone remember? Or more crucially, does anyone have a copy?
A downside to switching jobs is that I can't hunt through old emails.
Or am I just making it all up?
