Here’s the first version of what may be a useful prep tool for your 5-year Evaluation.
The first tab, ‘Assumptions’, has some general info, most of which I presented yesterday. If my fellow presenters would like to add more information, that would be super!
The ‘2023 posted’ tab has a list of the last submitted evaluation for each SLAA. (Some may have two, because I got the initial information from Quality Metrics own page which may not be totally up to date, or because of creator incompetence.)
The other two tabs have the historical information that was created for the last evaluations. (Yay Wisconsin!)
My thought was that you can peruse this info, even looking at the evaluations created, to help decide how you want to select an evaluator. Then you could either contact other Coordinators directly to ask about their experience, or just the evaluator. Or post and questions on this listserv. 😊
Whenever you have information that you’d like to share, you can add it to the comments and then send it to me. Then I will update this spread sheet and reshare.  Or if we want a more dynamic document, someone could redo it as a Google form – or I could learn a Microsoft version that does the same. (We do not create Google docs at work.)
