Hi Chris,

Are you asking about allowability of (and how to report) metered access?
If yes, we still follow the ARPA guidance shared by Wendy Cornelisen back in the day, with metered access needing to end by Sept 30 of each subgrant year. See attached email.

Hi, all,

I'm wondering if any of you might be willing to share your thoughts or current practices regarding the use of LSTA funds to pay for metered versus perpetual licensed e-books. We've always preferred perpetual licenses but those seem to be a rare option these days.
