Hi, Tamara,
We haven't required anything yet, as all of our subgrant recipients would be required to directly comply with WCAG 2.1(not a condition of the subgrant) either by April 24, 2026 or a year later.
Thank you,
Terry

Hi all,
We are working to update all of our programs and services to meet ADA Title II web content accessibility revisions<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.ada.gov/resources/2024-03-08-web-rule/__;!!EErPFA7f--AJOw!DxFhSYNd409csCEhA7P2Wkld4TQZsBJ52rR2NkP8hQUiDZTodFqgynTKmQ2Yi7NyzlgjdYbLhYjE5BvSaG1J6ZOw8r0-$> (like I'm sure many of you are).
I'm wondering, for those of you who work with vendors and/or issue subgrants, do you have language that you put into requests for proposals, grant applications, etc. that notifies subcontractors of their need to comply with this rule? I'm trying to come up with something informative yet succinct. (I've got some language from our DOJ for contracts, but it's quite wordy.) I'm also looking for suggested wording for subgrantees that they would need to put on any web content created with LSTA funds.
Any thoughts appreciated!
-Tamara
