Hello,

Here’s what we’ve been using in contracts. Now I’m trying to rework it for our RFQ. Maybe it could work as-is? Let me know if you would alter it.

Accessibility Statement

NJSL has adopted the WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standard for its website and all resources offered to New Jersey residents. All vendors must demonstrate that their products meet this minimum standard and commit to the remediation of any barriers to access that may be discovered through user experience or audit.

Thanks!

Best,
Maura

I think I will try to listen to the IMLS linked PDF with a screen reader/

IMLS posts each state’s evaluation and it is my understanding that they would remediate each copy that wasn’t fully accessible before posting. That might be an easy work around?

We of course post our Five-Year Plan, but we don’t post the evaluation. I do message out to the MI library community on the evaluation, the process and the results, but I don’t post the final doc. No one has ever complained about that.

Hi folks,

I am wondering if you were successful in getting accessible copies of the last third party evaluation?

We have always made this evaluations public on our LSTA libguide pages but we now cannot have a document like our last evaluation online in its current form.

What has been your procedure? Have you reached out to the evaluation vendor asked them to provide an accessible copy?

Best,

Chris
