[lstac] equipment tracker

Hi all,

I have been trying to get to build an equipment tracker that my grantees can use where they provide an update on the equipment purchased with LSTA funds.  I have been relatively successful with Power Apps, but am now running up against IT rules where external users can’t edit and am feeling stuck.

Does anyone know of or use a solution that allows for something like this? I want the user to be able to see the equipment information and be able to edit only certain fields (blue fields in the screen shots).
