  There are requirements in the regulations.  See CFR 200.313 (eCFR :: 2 CFR Part 200 -- Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards<https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-2/subtitle-A/chapter-II/part-200>).  Hope that helps.

Quick question (hopefully): are there disposition instructions for equipment purchased with LSTA funds?  We have them on the state side, but I didn't know if there was a federal equivalent.
