We don't offer grants that large so we haven't dealt with that level of certification. Sorry.

Hi all,
I'm updating our Agreements, Assurances and Certification documents for subgrants. The certifications and assurances the SLAA signs includes this line: Applicants requesting more than $100,000 in grant funds must also certify regarding lobbying activities and may be required to submit a "Disclosure of Lobbying Activities" form. Further down there is a whole certification section within the document.
I am wondering how others handle the lobbying certification for subgrants.
Thank you!
