We do have central banking so I hope other agencies are okay when we make a request. 😊  I do like the restorative beverage idea.

Hi Karren,
No, and our business office said not to worry because we have ‘no centralized banking with the state’. So, if you understand that, you’re probably OK. I’m not sure I do, but my business peeps obviously do. I’m going to go home, put my feet up, and enjoy a restorative beverage. TGIF!
