<p class="MsoNormal">It changed (and it was a surprise)! Rachel enlightened me (and all of us) last week after I (and perhaps a lot of us) glossed over that bullet point in the Top Ten list Teri sent out earlier in the month.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I want to say I reached out to Dennis Nangle and had a lengthy conversation (full hour) with him on Friday afternoon. I raised several questions, and Dennis said IMLS will be prepared to answer all of those questions at the Grants to States
meeting during the Cam Trowbridge session the afternoon of the first non-orientation day. If you’re interested in the questions/concerns I raised, I am happy to share those out with the list.<o:p></o:p></p>
