costs. I’ve already listed construction, and I’ve put in the draft email that the funds need to be spent and the project complete by September 30, 2022. When I look at the 2 CFR 200 section there is a section on costs and the text indicates what is allowable
and non-allowable. However, much of what is there doesn’t apply to what the field is asking for. I had a “cheat” sheet from IMLS a long time ago. Does anyone still have it/remember/can bring it up in summary fashion? Or, perhaps you give out sub-grants regularly
(which NJ hasn’t in decade) and have a section of your web site that lists non-allowable costs.
