<p class="MsoNormal">One of our public libraries is having a hard time getting their UEI because their DUNS number does not match any records when they enter it into SAM.gov. The library director was clever enough to visit Duns & Bradstreet to check the official
entity name, address and number and copy those over to SAM.gov, and still nothing comes up. That was going to be my one suggestion. Has anyone else encountered this yet or other situations in which entities had a hard time registering at SAM.gov? To that
end, does anyone know if there’s a help desk or a contact that might be designated for this kind of issue?
