<p class="MsoNormal">Hi Talela, we do not reimburse any purchases made before or after the grant contract starts or ends. For everything except subscriptions or salaries, we have an expenditure deadline the month before the grant contract end as well. If their
grant included a subscription (software, hotspot, warrantee, etc.), we prorate and only pay for the months that occurred within the grant period. I don’t ask when they started using something, I just take the first month as the month it was paid in.

during the award period? If their receipt is outside of the grant period but the subscription covers time within the grant period, is it a valid receipt to document the expense? Would you fund a portion of the subscription that falls within the official grant
period, but before an official award was made? Or would you start with the point the award is made and extend through the end of the grant period?<o:p></o:p></p>
