<p class="MsoNormal">I have an grant applicant who wants to include electric scooters as part of an information accessibility grant. These would be used in the library building. That sounds more like a building accessibility item/furnishing being shoehorned
into the grant guidelines. Has anyone had this type of purchase come up? Did you consider it a furnishings issue and unallowable or did you approve it?
