under “Equipment,” so we inquired. Here are the contents of the kit:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:105%"><i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:105%;color:black">“Each kit contains 10 headsets with perpetual licenses, 2 teacher devices with perpetual licenses, and several other things including
controllers, batteries, chargers, and the case itself.”<o:p></o:p></span></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:105%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:105%">Now we are conflicted! Is it Equipment because it’s over $5,000? Is it Supplies because the contents of the kit don’t contain any overly expensive
items? Could even a portion of this be Services because the of the licenses? <o:p>
