<b><u>management</u></b><u> </u>training course, as soon as possible. It would be best if it included construction (capital improvements), but we’re most interested in a soup-to-nuts intensive course. I did one many years ago at Grant Writing USA, which was
very good, but last year I did their grants <i>writing</i> one as a refresher, and it wasn’t nearly as good.
