<a href="https://nsla.nv.gov/2024LSTA/Deadlines">a new timeline for subgrants</a>, started last year, because I just could not. I used to start late fall/early winter (so now) and even though I was prepared for crankiness, I was surprised by how much the subgrantees
liked the new timeline. I would guess this is a tough time, capacity wise, for them as well. So, we have a built-in cushion.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">This new timeline should allow us to prep with real federal numbers, or at least have a better sense for how things will play out. Plus, we’ll have the Governor’s recommended biennium budget. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
