makes grant applications available so that award notification may be released when legislative and gubernatorial approval of the appropriation is made. Obligations to fund this grant program will cease immediately without penalty or further payment being required
if the Illinois General Assembly or the federal funding source fails to appropriate or otherwise make available sufficient funds.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

a new timeline for subgrants</a>, started last year, because I just could not. I used to start late fall/early winter (so now) and even though I was prepared for crankiness, I was surprised by how much the subgrantees liked the new timeline. I would guess this
is a tough time, capacity wise, for them as well. So, we have a built-in cushion.
