CIPA is in the subgrant Assurances certs, but we still require the separate CIPA doc for each project, because I want to call it out. The people who apply for subgrants aren’t the always the same people who sign the certifications and I want to make it clear

since this is might first time embarking on changes this big, I wanted to see if I could get more info from the group about what they’re doing and why.</span><u></u><u></u></p>
